Welcome, fellow clown

These ain't rules, just some know-how for you people who are new to our circus.
First, as a new member, you are here on out regarded as a clown. This is a circus afterall, isn't it?
Second, learn to help your teammates, communicate & play (well).

1. Communication
- Our circus is multinational, having at least a basic english knowledge is essential for communcation in game
- Read the clan messageboard for news, tactics (you reading it right now? goood~)
- New to the circus? Send a message to the stage master (Sassanid), tell him when are you available to play
- Have a question? Ask. Have an answer? Respond.

2. When online
- Accept invites to skirmishes, play with your circus to earn those resources for your funfair buildings
- Do battle trainings with others & maybe have some fun jumping off of bridges
- If you are offline for longer periods (weeks-to-months), warn the stage master beforehand

3. Progress!
- Play a lot, kill a lot, die not once (the clown way)
- Advance with your tanks, get to know their weak points and the strong ones
- Train your crew, buy modules, paint (you already have a fancy clown hat on your tanks)
- First concentrate on dealing dmg equal to your hp, then get kills, then get more kills
- Learn your maps, strategize (be a clever clown)

And... Help those syrian refugees for god's sake.
